Refund policy

At Harper Ellis, we take pride in offering professional-quality hair extensions and products. To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our brand, we’ve outlined the following return and exchange guidelines.

We’re happy to consider requests for returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items and products must be unopened, unworn, and untampered with, and the black security band must remain intact. Once the band has been broken or removed, we cannot accept the product for sanitary reasons. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Some items and products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

(i) Digital products;

(ii) Education and event purchases (non-refundable and non-transferable);

(iii) Color rings; and 

(iv) items and products included in a sale. 
Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 5% transaction fee.

Performance of hair extensions may vary by individual, hair type, and installation method. We cannot replace products that have been discolored or damaged due to sunscreen, chlorine, saltwater, hair coloring, toning, or purple shampoos.

60 Day Promise:
If a manufacturing issue is reported within 60 days of purchase and confirmed by our team, a solution may be provided at our discretion. Manufacturing issue claims are not eligible for refunds and are handled separately from our standard return policy.

Rescheduling Education Events

Purchasers may request to reschedule any class, workshop, or educational offering up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date. This includes situations where additional time is needed to complete prerequisites, submit required work, provide required information, or satisfy any other participation or eligibility requirements applicable to the class or event.

Requests to reschedule made more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date may be approved at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Requests to reschedule made within thirty (30) days of the scheduled start date may be approved only upon payment of a rescheduling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the then-current purchase price. If an in-person reschedule is not available within this timeframe, the Purchaser may be required to convert to an online or virtual format, if applicable.

Each purchase is eligible for one (1) reschedule only. Any additional changes, failures to attend, or inability to participate after the reschedule will require the Purchaser to make a new purchase at the then-current price.

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, failure to complete prerequisites, inability to attend, or changes in personal or business circumstances.

If required prerequisites, submissions, or participation requirements are not completed by the deadlines communicated to you related to the applicable class or event, we reserve the right to move the Purchaser to a later class date or offering. Any such administrative reschedule initiated by us due to incomplete prerequisites may be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the then-current purchase price.
