Shopify recently updated its login process, and it's causing confusion for customers across thousands of online stores, including Harper Ellis Hair Co.®

If you're having trouble accessing your pro account, here's the fix:

1. Go to the login page here.
2. You'll see a purple button that says "Continue to Shop." Do not click on this button.
3. Enter the email address associated with your approved Harper Ellis account directly in the field below the button.
4. Select "Use email to login."
5. Continue logging in as normal.
6. If you see an "Orders" page only, please proceed to clicking the Harper Ellis Hair Co. words or logo in the upper left.
