Shopify recently updated its login process, and it's causing confusion for customers across thousands of online stores, including Harper Ellis Hair Co.®
If you're having trouble accessing your pro account, here's the fix:
- Go to the login page here.
- You'll see a purple button that says "Continue to Shop." Do not click on this button.
- Enter the email address associated with your approved Harper Ellis account directly in the field below the button.
- Continue logging in as normal.
