Back in early 2019, salon owner Terra Harvell was forced to replace $30K worth of poor-quality extension hair from multiple brands within in a single month. This was the moment she realized the industry was broken. So in 2019, she flew to China, found a manufacturer who would listen to her as a hairstylist, and started building something better from the ground up.
That’s how Harper Ellis Hair Co. was born.
Together, Terra helped her manufacturers develop a patented, bond-preserving process that protects the hair’s integrity, avoids harsh chemical lifting, and works alongside the hair’s natural tone.

Harper Ellis hair extensions are unlike any other extensions on the market. Our hair is ethically sourced from Western China and is known for having the most healthy hair on the international market.
We use patented bond-building technology in our manufacturing process, which keeps the hair cuticle intact, allowing the long-lasting luxury quality you can only get from us. We have walked the halls of this facility ourselves because we believe in having a product we can stand behind 100%.
While many hair manufacturers color their hair by bleaching it to a ten and then going back in to re-color, we let the hair “choose” what shade it’s going to be. We don’t believe in forcing the hair past what it can handle, which is another reason our hair is the highest quality on the market.
If orders are put in before 12:00 CST they will be shipped the same business day. If you order after 12:00 CST, your order will be shipped the next business day(Monday-Friday).
We are more than happy to accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. 30 days after receiving your order we will not accept any returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Harper Ellis Hair Co. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be applied to all returned Harper Ellis Hair Extensions.
We only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Harper Ellis Hair Extensions are specially packaged and sealed with a black security band to identify if the extensions have been tampered with. The security band must be intact. If the security band has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary purposes.
There are no refunds or returns on colors rings.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your return. After inspecting the item we will again notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be returned to your account.
