Account Approval Process

To access our pricing and place orders, please create a free account and provide proof of your professional cosmetology license. Once verified, your account will be approved, you may begin shopping our website!

Eligibility Criteria

Our products are exclusively available to licensed hair professionals. We do not sell directly to consumers to maintain the integrity and quality of our products.

Harper Ellis products are only sold to licensed professionals. If you're interested in getting extensions, we’d love to refer you to a certified stylist near you! Visit our Stylist Locator Map to learn more!

Product Care and Maintenance

To ensure long-lasting extensions, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, avoid excessive heat styling, and follow our detailed hair care guide.

Shipping and Return Policies

We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, please reach out! We accept returns of unopened, unworn products within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee applies. Please reach out to our support team by emailing support@harperellishair.com to begin the return process or ask any questions.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@harperellishair.com. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.

We do our best to combine separate orders when possible, but it’s not guaranteed. If you’ve placed multiple orders and would like them shipped together, please contact our support team at support@harperellishair.com as soon as possible. We’ll help if we can!

Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are shipped the same business day. Orders after 12:00 PM CST are shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday). Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it hasn't been updated after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to support@harperellishair.com.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the steps. Still having trouble? Reach out to customer support and we’ll help you out.

Make sure your license info was submitted. Accounts are only approved after verification by our team, which can take 1–2 business days.

Education & Classes

Yes! Our certification programs include both the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method™ and the Harper Ellis Topper Method™. These programs are designed to elevate your craft and business.
