To access our pricing and place orders, please create a free account and provide proof of your professional cosmetology license. Once verified, we will review and verify your account, and you may begin shopping our full catalogue.

Make sure your license info was submitted. Accounts are only approved after verification by our team, which can take 1–2 business days.

Eligibility Criteria

Our products are exclusively available to licensed hair professionals. We do not sell directly to consumers to maintain the integrity and quality of our products.

Product Care and Maintenance

To ensure long-lasting extensions, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, avoid excessive heat styling, and follow our detailed hair care guide.

Shipping and Return Policies

We proudly stand behind the quality of our professional hair extensions. If you're not completely satisfied, please reach out! We accept returns of unopened, unworn products within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee applies. Please reach out to our support team by emailing support@harperellishair.com to begin the return process or ask any questions.

At Harper Ellis, we stand firmly behind the quality of our professional hair extensions. To protect the integrity of our products and ensure fairness, the following policy applies to all purchases:

  • No returns, exchanges, or claims will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Any request made within 30 days must be submitted to Harper Ellis Hair Co. Customer Support for review and approval.
  • Exchanges will only be granted if the product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

This policy ensures that every client receives authentic, high-quality Harper Ellis products while maintaining the professional standards our brand is known for.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@harperellishair.com. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.

We do our best to combine separate orders when possible, but it’s not guaranteed. If you’ve placed multiple orders and would like them shipped together, please contact our support team at support@harperellishair.com as soon as possible.

Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM CSTare processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it hasn't been updated after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to support@harperellishair.com.

Purchasers may request to reschedule any class, workshop, or educational offering up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date. This includes situations where additional time is needed to complete prerequisites, submit required work, provide required information, or satisfy any other participation or eligibility requirements applicable to the class or event.

Requests to reschedule made more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date may be approved at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Requests to reschedule made within thirty (30) days of the scheduled start date may be approved only upon payment of a rescheduling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the then-current purchase price. If an in-person reschedule is not available within this timeframe, the Purchaser may be required to convert to an online or virtual format, if applicable.

Each purchase is eligible for one (1) reschedule only. Any additional changes, failures to attend, or inability to participate after the reschedule will require the Purchaser to make a new purchase at the then-current price.

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, failure to complete prerequisites, inability to attend, or changes in personal or business circumstances.

If required prerequisites, submissions, or participation requirements are not completed by the deadlines communicated to you related to the applicable class or event, we reserve the right to move the Purchaser to a later class date or offering. Any such administrative reschedule initiated by us due to incomplete prerequisites may be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the then-current purchase price.

Harper Ellis extensions are 100% Remy human hair, double-drawn, and silicone-free, processed through a bond-preserving method that maintains consistent tone and strength. The brand is professional-only — meaning extensions are not sold to the general public — which protects stylist pricing and profitability. Harper Ellis is also stylist-founded, which shapes every product and education decision.

With proper installation and maintenance, Harper Ellis extensions are designed to last significantly longer than the industry average of four months. The exact wear time depends on the method — hand-tied wefts and keratin bonds typically last 8–12 weeks before a move-up appointment, while the hair itself, with proper care, can be reused across multiple installs for 12+ months.

Yes. Harper Ellis uses 100% Remy human hair across all product lines. Remy hair means the cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction, which prevents tangling and matting and allows the hair to behave like natural hair.

Double-drawn means the short hairs have been removed from the weft or bundle so the hair is full and thick from root to tip. Non-double-drawn extensions taper at the ends. Double-drawn construction is considered the professional standard because it creates a more natural blend with the client's hair.

Harper Ellis is a professional-only brand. Extensions and professional tools are available exclusively to licensed cosmetologists and stylists who create a verified pro account. This policy protects stylist pricing and ensures clients receive expert installation.

Methods & installation

Harper Ellis offers hand-tied wefts, machine wefts (including the Volume Elite Weft and Elite Weft), keratin bonds, tape-ins, clip-ins, halos, and toppers. Each method is available exclusively to licensed stylists through a professional account.

Hand-tied wefts are thinner and more flexible, lying flatter against the scalp for a lightweight, low-bulk result — ideal for fine to medium hair. Machine wefts are more structured and durable, better suited for clients who want maximum volume. Harper Ellis offers Machine Wefts, as well as a Volume Elite Weft designed for high-volume installs.

The Volume Elite Weft is Harper Ellis's highest-volume machine weft extension, designed to deliver significant fullness and length in a single install. It is available through professional stylist accounts. It is the newest addition to the Harper Ellis weft line.

Harper Ellis offers the Harper Ellis Certification Program, a two-day live hands-on workshop held in cities across the country. Certification covers technical installation, client consultations, and the business side of building an extension clientele. Education & Business

The Extension School of Business is an online business education program built for licensed hair stylists and salon owners who want to grow their extension revenue. It includes 70+ on-demand video modules covering pricing, marketing, client experience, branding, and business systems. Students also get monthly coaching calls, direct mentorship, and access to a two-day live business workshop.

Yes. Harper Ellis offers a bundle option that combines the Extension School of Business with the Harper Ellis Certification Program at a reduced price. This allows stylists to develop both their technical skills and their business strategy simultaneously.
