Terra Harvell, CEO of Harper Ellis Hair Co., is just a hairdresser. She's also an 8 figure entrepeneur, has a 7 figure real estate portfolio, and is a business mentor to thousands of stylists across the world. While she was growing her own business, she discovered a gaping hole in her industry. There was a lack of business-minded training, financial literacy access, and quality products.

The tipping point happened at the height of Terra's career behind the chair, when she had to pay $30,000 out of her own pocket to replace a bad patch of hair extensions that she'd used on her own clients. Something had to change.
