Unless we link to a different policy or state otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies to all websites, products, services, and associated software and platforms (collectively “Services”) owned and operated by Harper Ellis Hair Co., LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to the Services (as defined herein) and Education Products (as defined herein).
For purposes of this Privacy Policy:
(a) “Services” means all websites, products, services (including but not limited to the Education Products) and all software and platforms owned, operated, licensed to or used by HEHC or its affiliates in connection therewith–of which you are a user and through which HEHC provides services, education, or collects data–including but not limited to any websites, applications, mobile applications, application programming interfaces, social media pages or any electronic product, platform, service, exchange, community, or otherwise, and any form of communications or correspondence between HEHC and you; and
(b) “Education Products” means any platform, application, software, workshop, webinar, training, or other educational offering, or anything similar thereto–whether offered, hosted, delivered, or maintained digitally or otherwise—that enables you to access courses, content, continued education, consulting, and/or community interactions, and any related services offered by HEHC pursuant to the Legacy Master Agreement (link), including but not limited to: (i) the Legacy Stylist Program; (ii) the Legacy Mentor Stylist Program; (iii) the Legacy Salon Owner Program; (iv) the Legacy Stylist Workshop; (v) the Legacy Mentor Stylist Workshop; (vi) the Legacy Salon Owner Workshop; (vii) the Harper Ellis Certified Workshop; and (viii) any other education, training, or certification offered by HEHC at any time in any form or medium.
Hereinafter, any reference to “Services” is a reference to both Services and Education Products.
This Privacy Policy covers our data collection practices related to the information collected from you (“user” or “you” or “your”) as a user of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning stated in our Terms of Use (link) or the Legacy Master Agreement, as applicable to the capitalized term, which is incorporated herein by reference. By visiting and/or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and Legacy Master Agreement. You should not use the Services if you do not agree with the terms, conditions and obligations of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the Legacy Master Agreement, or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services. This Privacy Policy does not address, and you agree we are not liable for or under, the privacy practices, terms of service, or terms of use of any third parties that we do not own or control.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of any such amendments, you should not use the Services.
